I posted this on another thread, I hope two isn't considered spamming:

Ngawang Sangdrol was sentenced to 18 years in
prison by the Chinese authorities for shouting
"Free Tibet", singing pro-independence songs and participating in peaceful demonstrations. She was beaten by prison guards and held for months in solitary confinement.

The imprisonment and violent treatment of this
young woman and other Tibetans for merely
expressing their views violates Articles 18 and 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

If you would like to "remember" Ngawang
Sangdrol by respectfully demanding her
immediate and unconditional release from prison, you would be joining thousands of Amnesty International members and other concerned individuals from all over the world who are
writing letters and sending cards on her behalf
to the President of Tibet. Often these letter
writing campaigns do lead to the the release of
the prisoner.

If you PM me I will send you the address to
which to send your respectful demand.
