Linda,

Any company in any line of business could merge with BCMD to get the listing and tax loss carryforward--it would not have to be a mining company, and I doubt there would be any interest in BCMD other than a shell with tax losses--certainly no thought of restarting a mining venture.

When were you led to believe things were alright?--surely not after Sterling failed to make their July payment. Or surely not after they had to resort to a Reg S in March or the 1-10 reverse split? The handwriting has been on the wall for at least 7 months. Do you expect IR to put anything less than the best possible spin on a deteriorating situation? Tomorrow always holds the promise of better things. Have you ever heard of an IR telling investors to sell their stock, that things are getting worse?

Regards,
Gary
