I was itching to buy when ITWO was in the 10s, but I am nearing a full position in ITWO and would really hate getting myself into a position where I can't average down should Y2K and general ERP slowdown hit stronger than the market currently expects. Holding out for one more purchase should sector become even weaker. If news should brighten quickly, then I'll go ahead and fill out my position. Sorry to say may average cost is much higher than yours. Not sure of the exact amount, but probably around $20.
