Hi, If you read my post carefully, I said I would be back when and if some real and significant developments occur. So far all I have seen is a whole bunch of "we are gonna do this and we are gonna do that". This market doesn't pay for "blue sky". IF they hit, given the amount of money required for development in the foothills, and the amount of time it will take (if I live long enough), there will be plenty of time to "get on the bus".
