That WP poll is invalid.

1/2 to 2/3 of the people refuse to answer polls. Those who refuse are heavily Rep.

The WP showed a bigger pref for Dems in 1994 and when the results came in no Rep was defeated and the Reps picked up 53 seats. In 1996 WP poll showed Clinton with a lead over 2X what he achieved.

Professionals know the media polls are bogus.
