I remember his comment. But this current experience is only 3 days new. Can these self destruct w/ age? Not likely.

I just reinstalled the prior build but snailing prevails. Then I misdirect the diskbuff pointer and the loaded days truncate to the 160 main database w/ things moving OK again, but the scans yield bogus output. Oh joy.
