Rumblefish, re. DOCI, sorry to hear you had such a bad experience
there.

I think the stock is not ideal for shorting based on tax-loss
selling, because MarktGuide shows:
* The stock is 89% owned by insiders
* it has only 1.4 M shares in the float.

Looks like they had a monumental loss last year, though. They lost
$14.58 per share, which is nearly twice the value of the stock.
The table below is really pretty amazing.
