Janice, If you not Edgar filings, CHAT did a 2.5m conv prfd at company's option(price and time). If you read on.. you will note the funds are being used for drastic increase in business. I think 97 (very early in) will be exciting for CHAT. Company has been quiet for some time, PR firm expires this month(thankfully). New PR firms around the corner are very eager to pick it up.... Stay tuned...
