This announcement is of considerable strategic significance to IMRS because it shows they have made a major step forward in integrateing the techologies they aquired from companies in France, Australia, and Canada. The three aquistions IMRS made were because IMRS wanted to be first with such an integrated offering.Satish Sanaan has once again demonstrated the visionary leadership that led IMRS to it's leading competitive position among IT service companies providing Y2K remediation.On the strength of this announcement I increased my IMRS holdings by over 25% yesterday.
