American Interactive Media and New Tech Entertainment to Co-Produce
Entertainment Programming for Emerging Technologies

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 14, 1998--A joint venture was announced today by Mark Graff, president and CEO of American Interactive Media Inc.
(OTC BB: AIME - news) and Herman Rush, president and CEO of New Tech Entertainment LLC, to develop and produce digital and interactive entertainment
programming for initial distribution and migration to the Internet, broadcast, digital cable, satellite and other emerging technologies.

Under the terms of the agreement, the companies will jointly produce a minimum of nine concepts focusing on entertainment related subjects. While the Internet will be
the launching platform, the long-term focus of the venture will be on next-generation digital set-top strategies. All of the networks will feature abundant video and audio
streaming.

''This marks a major move to solidify our position as a leading content provider,'' said Graff. ''As the former CEO of Coca-Cola Telecommunications Inc. and Columbia
Pictures Industries Inc., Mr. Rush brings a league of major entertainment industry players to the new partnership. Our combined backgrounds in broadcast and cable will
assure the success of our program migration strategy.''

The new networks (and their entertainment industry partners) currently in development include: ''Crimebeat'' in association with Grosso-Jacobson Productions; ''Pop
City,'' a network to be co-produced with the pop culture expert - dick clark productions; and ''Romanceland,'' co-produced with Alan and Susan Wagner's Boardwalk
Entertainment. Other original niche programming with leading producers and distributors will soon be announced.

New Tech Entertainment LLC is an Internet and television production company headed by veteran entertainment industry executive, Herman Rush, and
