Unitec International Controls Corporation announces that a debt settlement has been arranged in
respect of a debt by the Company to a creditor. $60,000 will be settled through the issuance of
166,667 shares of the Company at a price of $0.36 per share.
This transaction is subject to acceptance by the Vancouver Stock Exchange.
Unitec is an emerging growth company specializing in advanced technology telemetry, SCADA
(Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems and environmental monitoring equipment for
the water, electricity, oil & gas and transportation sectors. It distributes its products and services
