("ALYA" or the "Company") has received a letter of intent from Motorola Worldwide Smartcard Solutions Division (Motorola WSSD) to propose O.P.E.N.centrix Advanced Access Management System for its headquarters campus in Schaumberg, northern Illinois. The Motorola WSSD campus comprises 21 buildings with approximately 400 secured doors. Installation of the ALYA system is expected to be completed in eight months. Financial details will be announced following final signing of the agreement between ALYA and Motorola WSSD. The announcement of the letter of intent was made by Milan Carnogursky, chairman of ALYA International. "ALYA and Motorola have worked together on projects over the past three years," said Mr. Carnogursky, "We look forward to introducing the O.P.E.N.centrix Advanced Access Management System to their headquarters." O.P.E.N.centrix is a building access control system that interoperates with building automation systems, resulting in Smart Buildings. It uses the LonWorks communication protocol and the Neuron chip manufactured by Motorola.
