V BAND CORPORATION (OTC/BB:VBAN), a leading supplier of
high-performance, non-blocking voice communications systems for
financial trading and other mission critical applications, announced
today the signing of a joint sales and marketing agreement with FORE
Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:FORE), a global supplier of networking
solutions based on an Intelligent Infrastructure(TM). The agreement
calls for the two firms to work together on the development and
support of specific vertical markets for instant access voice/data
networks and ATM-based solutions that enable multimedia LANs. In
addition, FORE and V Band will be working collectively in the areas of
compatibility testing, customer field trials, demonstrations and
ongoing technical support.
