I have a high regards for your integrity... Would you explain the relationship between you and Travor Teed? I found the Claim deal between you and he to be somewhat confusing and he claims that he has legal documents against GMD... what's your opinion about this? I should and would hope that GMD doesn't get halted again for not disclosing a material change in operations!!! Also, if Kaiser didn't work for you,how come he had options?? I like Rich and find him to have integrity just like you!!!
