Seems like the block trades on ATAC were buys, but bid is bouncing now. Might be wise to give it a little time. Lots of insider buying in Aug. >$10 may generate some margin calls that will cause some added selling. End of day or tomorrow may be a good jump-in point. Comments anyone?
