Go back to Sept 22. You can read the same PR last month too. ******* Shadow, you are doing a terrible disservice, not only to LTGL, but also accuracy ! If you had read the Sept 22 PR, you would have seen that it stated that it was entering an "agreement to acquire". Todays PR concerns itself with the " completion of the acquisition ". Get your facts straight !
