You may be right. If Naxos, as a unit, had decided to fund other directions and sought funds to do so, and still retain 100% ownership in FL (which happens to be why most of are here), I think it would have been more doable. But the perception to long-time stockholders was that FL was being sold down the drain. I know that "perception" and "facts' can differ. But let's face it, there was an emotional issue here.
Maybe if it had been explained better, it could have worked.
