There are about 10MM shares outstanding now, but some of that was added the last quarter, so there'll be an averaging formula applied. EPS will be based on (my guess) 9MM+. Per the company, the latest quarter's earnings could come in between .08 and .12. I'd look for the lower end and keep expectations safely conservative. The earnings will not factor in potential dilution from conversion of the preferred. Of course, if the company got really lucky and found an investment source that would allow them to buy in the preferred, that'd shake up the price some (because the current price is factoring in conversion), but the clock is ticking in an environment of iffy credit markets.
