Mark, Your insider trading comments infers sales by some of the company management (correct me if I am wrong). I would be the MOST SURPRISED PERSON IN THE WORLD to find that members of SBSE's management team were selling before the latest update of future prospects. Did news of the order slowdown leak out and did some investors trade on the news? Just look at what has happened to the stock price to see what a forecasted reduction in the GROWTH RATE for the company has done. For goodness sakes, earnings will still be higher next year and the stock is cut 45%. Am I not seeing things clearly, perhaps. Is the stock market totally messed up, you bet you life. Mark, if you were surprised by the stock trading before the recent news, check out the numerous other companies making similar announcements and check out what happen to their stocks prior to their announcements. Same old, same old, same old. And I mean this also to the plunge in SBSE. It has happen twice now since I established my long term position. The big mistake I made was not buying more the last time this happened. Plan not to make this mistake again. The company earnings could fall to $1.00/share and the stock would still be an attractive buy. Six times trailing 12 month earnings, what a joke. Shame on you people selling here! Fools! Good luck to all .... even the sellers (you guys will really need it)! Chris ....
