James, thanks for the further info on the call. You also write: I know that a number of other companies I have been in have had conference calls with groups of investors and I never recieved any official notice, so I believe that this practice is common place. I believe Fortune 500 companies do this all the time with analysts and large shareholders (not just during the quarterly earnings releases). I know the ones I have worked for invite their largest shareholders or potential shareholders to speak with the CEO and other top officials from time to time via a call or a personal visit AV
