Grant Your questions are very leading, or misleading. Your next question might be "and are you still beating your wife?" For the record, GMD is operating in full compliance with all rules and regulations. If these are your real concerns, please be specific. We'll try to answer whatever we can. Trevor Teed and two other individuals run a company called Kalvik Mining Services Ltd. They are an exploration services company, providing claim staking, camp construction, expediting, and other related services. Companies that I am affiliated with have used Kalvik from time to time. I have also directly and indirectly used four of the other exploration service companies that are based in Yellowknife. Two of these companies have provided services to GMD. Some work as subcontractors to others and provide services indirectly. Common sense tells you to use local services where ever possible, particularly in situations where local knowledge and contacts are needed. I cannot discuss contracts or agreements between any of the companies and any of the contractors that I am or have been involved with that are not public documents. Any options that have been granted have fully complied with VSE policies. Dave
