Cramer of Street.com expresses his sentiments on today's Tech rally.

Wrong! Dispatches from the Front: Enough Is Enough in Tech
By James J. Cramer

Could tech be good again? Or did everyone just get so gloomy that this is a relief rally?

I don't know. I hear what the bears say, that this Intel (INTC:Nasdaq) quarter is a one-time-only special. I hear the negatives from the Compaq (CPQ:NYSE) camp: channel-stuffing, light revenue (I am long Compaq). But the stocks rally anyway.

One theory, one I will give some credence to, is that everybody who plays to the max in this business is taking Kurlak's side (one-time blip, nothing really happening; last quarter was bad, so this one is good). But the big money seems to be saying OK, we have seen Motorola (MOT:NYSE) and CPQ and INTC and the world is fine. If that is the case, these stocks have come down too much.

That's my camp. Enough is enough. I want to own these. I feel that the big bellwethers have spoken and they have said, "Yes, we have no real visibility, but things are robust for now." If you are short these stocks, that means you are going to get squeezed.

Sometimes that's all you need to know.
