Sili. You must note that CGI's 1997 Q4 EPS was $0.14 before the 2 splits(november 97 and may 98). Adjusted EPS for that quarter is $0.035. So if CGI does about $0.105 for this Q4, that's an increase of 200% over Q4 of 1997 and +50% over Q3 of this year.

Also note that next year consensus excludes any new major contracts (which will happen) and any acquisitions (which will also happen). Once these factors do come true, I estimate an 1999EPS of about $0.75 to $0.90 depending of the timing they are officially executed. At an average EPS of $0.85 x 40 (P/E) that's a stock value of about 34$ by Q4 1999.

Right now it's a waiting game for the CGI machine to do it's stuff.
