To anyone:
This is something that's been bugging me the last couple of days. Our only hope of recovering our losses is disgorgement by the SEC. A few people have said that it would probably be hard to get the money back even if the SEC takes action. I don't know if this is true or not. This scam only ran for less than four short months. How can 19 million allegedly illegal shares be issued and sold into the float and the profit from that sale disappear? Even if the scamsters didn't know how good a scam they were running and sold 19 million shares prematurely at, say, 50 cents, that's almost 10 million dollars. And if they waited and sold them at around a buck fifty thats over 28 million. Ten to 28 million dollars is a lot of money to hide. That's only counting the alleged illegally issued stock, not to mention the legally issued stock they owned. They wouldn't have held these shares knowing all the while that this was a total scam. Everyone knows who the players in this scam are. It shouldn't be that hard to find out who made the money from June to July. It's not like they have had years to hide the money. It shouldn't be that hard to find enough evidence to be able to freeze the assets of the perps. It shouldn't be that hard to disgorge the money and get it back to the rightful owners. Ten million would go a long way to paying back the 150 or so of us who lost money. Jail time for the scammers is a must, but getting our money back would be nice. Somebody help me, am I missing something?
