<"...ALA and Philips - two french companies..."> Philips (PHG) was still Dutch, last time I checked. Though I'm sure they have French operations. However, I agree that the french have a certain reputation for getting the best out of these partnering deals. People who've dealt with ALA have reported it's like dealing with the character from the movie Edward Scissorhands. I sold my converted DSC mostly due to this vague suspicion (although I have been selling puts on ALA). RTQ: 44 1/16, looks like ASND is getting some attention today, also, Mr. Mizzou.
