Yes, any CEO can take these issues personally, but the fact of the matter is that SEPR has all options open to them, where as Lilly has two options to choose from:

(1) Take SEPR in for another (14) more years of solid revenues from Prozac; or

(2) lose it permanently to other major drug Manufacturers, and risk the CEO & CFO to be fired.

It is as simple as that. GOOD LUCK.
