I need some help here. What is exactly meant by closing of the hedge position for those two years a) repurchase of forward sales contracts for both or just one year for proceeds of 7.7M and selling at spot from now on ? It would seem that should be more $ for that? b)settling those contracts for lesser price than the hedge with proceeds of 7.7M and selling at spot for delivery in 2000 and beyond?
