I believe GMTI's super cooling system was obtained from or thru NASA, who has a program to assist small business with developing process's that can benefit from NASA research. If this is the case (as I read at NASA web site) the technology for cooling should be readily accessible.

That 350k figure came from June 30, 1997 financial. It was value placed on the original SDM machine purchased with patent license and placed at Bakersfield.
