The stock continues to perform very poorly. Hard to say if overall bear market in small caps is responsible or if something associated with TNRG is responsible. Usually I sit back and sift through other folks DD. But I have a fairly large stock holding here and I admittedly have been getting more and more nervous as the stock gets closer to 0. I called Tilton last week and was given limited info as others have gotten from him. In fact from that call I personally could not rule out that we have been scammed. Today I once again called the U.S. Basketball League. They are the only other independent source that I could think of to call to verify TNRG's announcements. I was told by Sean Fisher at USBL again that TNRG has in fact purchased a team. He further told me that TNRG has fulfilled all of the financial obligations expected of them. He said that they are currently in negotiations to determine a city that the team will play in. He said an announcement clarifying the team should be forthcoming in the next several weeks. All I can say is I feel better. I think we need to do more DD because the company sure isn't providing us with the info.
