They will EASILY be able to trace those monies. Even off shore-- off shore accounts only protect you from civil liability. The US has tax treaties and criminal treaties with ALL offshore havens. They will give over the records for fraud. That is a felony. As is racketeering, interstate wire fraud, and bank fraud.
