The buyers are starting to come back. Now back above 59.

I am extremely bullish on the long term outlook for SEPR. There is one thing that keeps me from betting the farm on this one investment. My concern is that one of the original patent holders will sue SEPR.

Lilly could take that route. If SEPR decides to develop and market their improved version of Prozac on their own, Lilly could claim patent infringement. Lilly would be wrong and they would probably lose, however, it would hurt SEPR's stock price and make it more difficult for them to reach agreements with the other major pharmas.

This risk is the only risk that I see for SEPR. It is a risk that I have considered and view as only a slight possibility. SEPR has reached several outstanding agreements with J&J and others. SEPR is in an excellent position.

If someone could convince me that without a doubt, SEPR is not in danger of legal battles (in addition to the Alegra situation) I would triple my position in SEPR.

Someone please convince me of this before we are at 90!

Dave
