Hi Mike. They are really into "wordsmithing" here. The results were excellent; $40 million in proven ground reserves with 4.5 to 5.5 grams of gold per ton in the Toro and Mercedes claims, part of the Andacollo region, according to assays. What is a "proven ground reserve" ?? This term does not exist in the mining world, it is "proven reserves"! So what they are really saying is proven "ground reserves", which of course there is no such thing!!Proven reserves must be supported with extensive drilling etc. etc. The Andacollo properties have proven drill reserves of 400,000 ounces or more with terrific potential for large tonnage deposits. Both Andacollo and Santiago Projects have world-class potential and massive multi-zone deposits. The same thing applies here it is drill "proven reserves"! So what is proven "drill reserves"??? wordsmithing!! This is a real good one!! Medinah Energy purchased 23 mineral titles, thus creating the Andacollo Project. This region contains proven and probable gold ore reserves in excess of 6 million metric tons grading about 2 grams per ton. It is noteworthy that many of these claims abutt Dayton Mining Corporation's Andacollo Gold Mine, a proven gold producer for the last four years. Proven and probable gold ore reserves in excess of 6 million metric tons grading about 2 grams per ton. So again, what we are saying is that we have "gold bearing ore", this ore is in the amount of 6 million metric tonnes, and it has gradings of 2 grams....but not all 6 million metric tonnes!! Wordsmithing!! The quotes attributed to House are speculation with little to no supporting data IMHO! the Chief
