G'day all - well, regrettably, I ve to dump HICO today on the news of the $500,000 private placement. While I think HICO may have a sucker rally coming, I am more concerned with the downside risk of the possible effects of the loan sharks. It is quite regrettable since I ve held out for so long - and have intended to weather out the onslaught of the yearend selling. However, not knowing the financial terms of the private placement on one hand and knowing the extreme effects of toxic financings on the common shareholders, I am not going to wait around to find out. I guess I ve capitulated on this one. good luck to anyone who has stronger than I do [or maybe I am the last one out] <G> best, Bosco
