That's bogus. I think the analysts were looking for a reason to take INTC down and when they didn't get it, they thought up a few possibilities to worry about. They did the same thing to AMD.

So far I've only seen only one upgrade. That is pathetic. I suspect INTC will recover sometime after Oct Options expiration.
