Walter - To see the Edgar filing, use this link: edgar-online.com For whatever reason, when you type in JAWZ in the Edgar symbol search box, it's not listed. But if you type "Jaws" (no quotes) in the company search box, you'll find it. Just a word on the Emerging Company report.
