Jan, my PC doesn't have enough horsepower to download COBE's full Oct chain. If someone can check out changes in open interest between last night and tonight, we will know if my suspicion is correct. It could also have been a short squeeze, since a bunch of shares became available a few days ago. Let the sheep in and slaughter 'em, especially with the market turn of 170 points to scare the crap out of them. It is probably a combo of the above plus momo guys have returned. However, it seems like people are closing out options much earlier these days rather than waiting until Friday, so I think OI for Oct. will drop quite a bit tonight. Regards, IS
