Leroy....I've been dabbling at these prices, but, I need a little more reassurance in the coming weeks to take the nestea plunge. I'm looking for a couple things from 97's financials. Did they reduce or dissolve the overdue payroll and workman's comp. payables and fines? Or is interest still accruing? An increase in revenues? Pretty basic there. Outstanding shares. We'll finally know how many shares Arif grabbed in '98. Finally. And then cash. How much bread was in the coffers? After that, the impending lawsuits are enough to keep your finger off the trigger for the time being. Will a class action lawsuit be filed if Firamada posts a loss?????? Will Arif be man enough to acknowledge past lies and formulate a solution to correct the situation???? Will Arif even admit THERE is a problem????? Do we, as shareholders, have any rights? That new bill sucks. Will that bill affect any action on the part of shareholders???? Will Arif use every loophole known to mankind to keep those shares tucked nicely under his pillow????? Why can't Arif be like Randy???? Many questions.....
