DLGC is probably trading in sympathy with NMSS. Since they haven't preannounced (as they have in the past), earnings should (hopefully) be at least as expected. Remember, DLGC has been trying to stay in good terms with the investment banking world. A while back, analysts were complaining that DLGC was not giving them enough forward guidance, and their earnings were "lumpy". (A negative surprise would undo last few quarters' repair) Also, the insider selling should not be alarming, this is not at all unusual. These guys probably get paid in stock options (hence, little history of insider buying) & may have needed the cash to buy a new car, pay off taxes, etc. Who knows. JL
