Published financials would be nice, but they will only tell us how much they lost, not how
much they have to lose,

They had BETTER tell us how much they have to lose. At least they should show cash, available credit lines, and run rate. From that we can get a reasonable guesstimate of how long their cash will hold out until they need either sales or a capital infusion -- which if it is private financing will surely dilute the common stock -- as we both know, venture capitalists demand (and always get) a much better deal than the poor shareholders get. Or they could float more stock themselves, but without earnings and with a low stock price that's just a recipe for more dilution. Either way, the financials should show whether they have $1 million and are burning $100K per month, or have $300K and are burning $150K per month.

But check with me in another month.

My bet -- one month still won't have brought us any major news or changes. We'll see.
