I guess it is all relative

when the dow reachs the top band within 20 points..which is .00244439 of the Dow Band ...i call that pretty darn close.. given the volatility of the market..and for me..that is touching the band..because you cant be EXACT..you have to have a working buffer

and favors point is..that top band is containing the market and would have been an opp to short it
