Chris: You're correct. The statement WILL tell us how much they have to lose. My statement as it stood was wrong.
Please allow me the opportunity to amend that statement. I do think there's more to their financial makeup then a snapshot of the previous 8 months will show us. Of course, if they had to file as a reporting company we'd get a much more clear view of where FNTN is actually at on a regular, and regulated basis. Beyond the cash available and other infusions are the financial courtesies extended by Siemens and perhaps others to offset what would otherwise be a greater burn. Although they don't effect the balance sheet, such partnerships can have an influence on future infusions and survival in general. Plus, numbers can change in a minute (and not always for the better) if a financial institution decides to increase the line, help them buy a company etc. They have claimed a very small burn rate. I'll be anxious to see the numbers, too.
Thank you for your response and the correction,
Wally
