Hi Mel:

As a supplement to Raptor's response

My understanding of the trading policy at Psoft is that they recommend that all employees and other insiders who have access to internal Psoft financial statements or other nonpublic information
conduct transactions involving the acquisition or sale of the stock after the start of the THIRD trading day following the earnings announcement for the fiscal quarter. This open trading window is open until one month prior to the end of the next fiscal quarter. At this time the trading window is closed and employees as well as other privileged insiders are instructed not to engage in any transactions involving the stock.

This non-trading window is in place to level the playing field with the rest of us investors, as many of Psft's employees are privy to sensitive information during this final month.

Now, if we could only level the playing field with these big I Banks....

Hope this helps.
