truth, my brain is already damaged. why the hell else would we buy something like this in the first place. you get the idea here. anyway, another company if it were in preliminary discussions and wanted it kept quiet for all sorts of purposes, would request it be kept quiet unless something was signed. companies do this for many reasons.
