WRN, even after the Taylor's shares have been purchased by Skytex, will still be majority shareholder at 77.5% and at Skytex's current valuation there is going to have to be some pretty significant amendments to the terms of the sale that "WAS" being worked on. Interesting that Skytex has done a deal that would allow for the financing side of the equation to be done inhouse. That was one of Mark's concepts and he had been working on making that happen for WRN at one point as well. Let's see what happens with all this. Salut, Leigh McBain
