The government picks up the tab for any smoker who agrees to stay on board a luxury liner for two years without cigarettes. The boat would have to refuel at sea of course to prevent people like me from jumping ship and swimming to the nearest Seven/Eleven for a pack of Marlboros. I think after two years at sea the smoking habit (addiction) would be broken. On the other hand I would probably start smoking again just to get another free cruise. Jim
