Marc -- thanks for the clarification. I see your point, more or less, although I'm in over my head on this one. Although what you're describing doesn't make me too uneasy, I don't think that I actually understand enough of the technical side of how these things work (the vesting of non-employee options, etc.) to be uneasy. I'd appreciate hearing about whatever responses you get to your questions.
