If Alya is to grow they have to do certain things, I feel. Get revenue, get sales, good growth rate,Management running the company better than any other company.
So far we see they are getting sales.
Any cash that comes in increases the revenue and earnings, since the prior years sales were very small.
They have shown me they have a very good line of sales coming in for the growth part.
The management part is now the next step. Can these guys lead ALYA into higher levels. I feel managed well a good company can become great.

Milan Carnogursky, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, Director has
extensive international business experience and has founded companies
ranging from Oil & Gas Engineering to a small manufacturing plant in the
far east of Russia. Mr. Carnogursky's business transactions are
conducted in many countries of the world, including Japan, Korea, Chile,
Russia and Europe.

Douglas H. Corbett, Vice President of Sales and Marketing has extensive
experience in the computer and related security industries, specializing
in sales and customer relations. Mr. Corbett's international experience
involves sales of advanced Integrated Security Systems for airports and
large government facilities for Computrol Security Systems Ltd.

Jaro Bucko, Vice President of Technology, Director is an electronics
engineer, programmer and real-time computer systems developer for the
building access and security and industrial process control industries.
Mr. Bucko was Chief Design Engineer for Computrol Security Systems Ltd.,
a leading developer and manufacturer of advanced integrated security
systems.

Vladimir Kostka, Director of Business Development (Europe) has extensive
international business experience. Mr. Kostka was Vice President of
Trade and Finance for NAFTA Slovak Oil & Gas Corp. a major European gas
storage utility and exploration company. Mr. Kostka has founded and
operated companies selling software & hardware products and technology
for the food industry.

Roger Mutimer, C.A. Chief Financial Officer, has over 20 years
experience as a manager and consultant. Formerly a commercial lender
with the Bank of Montreal and a Vice President with Canada's largest
beer importer, Mr. Mutimer has consulted with some of the world's major
companies, including British Airways, Du Pont and Alcoa. He is also
President of the Developmental Disabilities Association, Western
Canada's largest social services agency with 600 employees.
