Eric, Kaiser stated in his last issue that "it has been hinted that ARB is destined to make a major acquisition"

He also mentions that Clive Johnson has been on board since May.

Remember ARB was at $1.80 earlier this year therefore $1 is still cheap after the last runup. Also the last time big volume occured in this stock was early December when it traded almost 500,000 shares. This occured only a few days before the runup.
