Andrew, I agree that most of the preferreds have probably been converted. IMHO The sale of the converted shares produced an excess of shares for sale that contributed to the slide prior to the announcement of the deal. When the pop wasn't as large as expected some folks decided to bail out. In any case the share price held up better today bid 7/8 and ask in 29/32-15/16 range. Lucky Lawrence
