Further to news in Stockwatch Sept. 8, 1998, the underlying lease holder
has elected to exercise its option to purchase the gas production from
Anvil's first well in Webb County, Texas, which was drilled to a depth of
8,800 feet.
At present, the operator is setting up the surface facilities and
proceeding to connect Anvil's first well to a pipeline.
